Terence Chang has a way of taking long exposure shots, that transforms the way we see things. This is of fog coming into the SF Bay. He has another series about planes taking off. All beautiful. What I love the most is that he shows in this series how fog travels on currents and has movement. I feel like he captured the movement of fog. How hard is that to come by?! He mentions something about it creating a new floor from which above it is a new landscape. I wouldn’t call it a floor, it is more like temporarily wiping the canvas with white/greyish paint and whatever is left is a remnant of what was. And hopefully it’s worth remembering. Its a natural thing of beauty.
